Cédric Anthonioz joined DECALIA in 2018. After starting his career in private equity in 2003 as an analyst at Vauban Partenaires in Paris, he continued in the field with Crédit Agricole (Switzerland) in Geneva from 2005 to 2009. In 2009, he became a co-founding partner of SEC Partners.
A graduate of the Lyon School of Management, Cédric Anthonioz also holds a DESS in law and corporate finance from the Jean Moulin University in Lyon.
Jean-Guillaume Benoit joined DECALIA in 2018. After starting his career at Société Générale in Paris as an M&A Analyst, he became Vice President Mergers & Acquisitions at Crédit Agricole Indosuez in Milan, before devoting himself in 2004 to private equity at Crédit Agricole (Switzerland) in Geneva. In 2009, he co-founded SEC Partners, of which he was a partner.
Jean-Guillaume Benoit is a graduate of the Lyon School of Management and the ICS in Paris.
Rodolfo De Benedetti has worked for Lombard Odier and Shearson Lehman Brothers in the United States. Furthermore, he is Chairman of the Board of Directors and majority co-shareholder of the Italian group CIR, of which he was the CEO for 18 years. He is also Chairman of the Harvard Business School’s European Advisory Board and member of the European Round Table of Industrialists.
He holds a Master’s degree in Political Economy and a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Geneva.
Sébastien Demole starts his career in 2002 at the Royal Bank of Scotland in London as a junior trader. Two years later, he is sent to Hong Kong to develop their equity derivative trading desk.
In 2009, he joins the Parisian hedge fund Boussard & Gavaudan Gestion as a proprietary trader for the multi-strategy fund. Back in Switzerland in 2012, Sébastien Demole opens the PerenInvest Family Office, where he is in charge of investments in various asset classes, such as direct deals in Private Equity.
Sébastien Demole holds a BSc in Economics from QMW, University of London, and an MBA from INSEAD.
