DECALIA’s wealth management team comprises seasoned investment professionals, who master all aspects of private banking.
Alfredo Piacentini started his financial career in 1986 at Banque Lombard Odier as a financial analyst and fund manager, both in Geneva and London. He subsequently co-founded Banque Syz in 1995.
As a partner and Co-CEO of the Syz Group, he was in charge of private banking, discretionary portfolio management, and Oyster investment funds until 2014, when he left the Group (CHF 33 bn of assets under management).
Alfredo Piacentini was also a board member of Banca Albertini Syz in Milan from 2000 to 2019, acting as Chairman in 2012 and 2013.
He holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva (IUHEI) obtained in 1981.
Isabella Pedrazzini started her career in finance in 1986 and has worked for 26 years at private bank Lombard Odier in Geneva. As an Executive Vice President, she assumed several positions in portfolio management and was in charge of a significant private clientele. In 2013, together with Gabriel Gumener, she founded Dalia Capital, which became DECALIA Asset Management in 2014.
Isabella Pedrazzini gained a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Graduate Institute of International Studies, Geneva and a postgraduate diploma in Public Administration from Institut de Hautes Etudes en Administration Publique, Lausanne.
Fabian Dufresne joined Decalia in 2019 with the responsibility of developing Wealth management, previously joined SYZ Bank in 2006 and held the position of Head of Wealth Management.
Before joining SYZ Bank, he co-founded Intop Training, a geneva-based management, sales and coaching training company, in 1990.
Previously, he held the positions of Regional Manager at Oracle in Switzerland from 1988 to 1990 and Sales Representative and District Manager at Hewlett Packard (Switzerland) between 1980 and 1988.
Sandro Occhilupo holds a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Geneva and holds the CFA (2001) and CMT (2011) qualifications. He worked for UBS (Geneva and New York) for 5 years as a portfolio manager, and then spent 10 years with Banque SYZ as a manager of private and institutional portfolios. At DECALIA he is head of Discretionary Portfolio Management.
Before joining DECALIA in 2019, Fabrizio Quirighetti worked for more than 17 years at SYZ Asset Management, where he was CIO and Head of Multi-Asset. Prior to that, he was an assistant in the Department of Econometrics at the University of Geneva for 6 years.
Fabrizio Quirighetti holds a Master’s degree in Applied Econometrics from the University of Geneva and is an external member of the Tactical Allocation Committee of Compenswiss, the AVS/AI/APG compensation fund since 2014.
Damien Weyermann joined Decalia in early 2016 and today boasts almost two decades of experience in equity research and investment management.
After working for 9 years at Lombard Odier and Bank Vontobel as a sell-side analyst in Equity Brokerage, he moved to the Buy Side in 2010, joining Lloyds International Private Bank and then Coutts & Co as an equity analyst and portfolio manager for UHNW clients.
Damien Weyermann holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration & Economics from the University of Geneva and is a CFA charterholder since 2004.
Bernard Allseits holds a Master in Economics from Geneva University (1996) and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Quantitative Portfolio Management (2015). He acquired his 19-year professional experience at DuPont de Nemours, HSBC, Unigestion and Answer. At Unigestion, he was a private portfolio manager during 6 years.
Giorgio Marcolini holds a bachelor degree in business administration from HEC Lausanne and the federal financial analysis and asset management diploma. After 8 years in the private banking department at Credit Suisse, he worked for 9 years with Banque SYZ as a manager of private and institutional portfolios.
Michel has worked 26 years at Private Bank Pictet. As executive vice president, he was in charge of a significant private client portfolio. He has developed extensive experience in Real Estate at Naef Immobilier where he was managing the finance and administration departments for 6 years. He started his career in 1982 at the Audit firm Arthur Andersen. Michel Cogne holds a Master’s degree in Economics from University of Geneva.
Elisa Espro Renda is a wealth management advisor certified by the Swiss Association for Quality with extensive experience.
She worked for 15 years mainly for High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI) clients in the Wealth Management department of UBS Switzerland AG, earning the title of Director. In 2018 she was selected to take part in Female Key Talent Program.
For two years, Elisa Espro Renda worked as specialist in risk management and regulatory processes in wealth management.
Previously, she worked for UniCredit Banca and, after obtaining a Master’s degree in Business Economics from the University of Turin, she did an internship in Risk Management and Control at Martini & Rossi.
Francesco Figliomeni holds a bachelor in business administration from Bocconi University in Milan.
He started his career at Arnoldo Mondadori Editore Spa as a controller and business analyst. Then he moved to Banca Profilo Spa in the asset management division, managing funds and private accounts. Before moving to DECALIA, he worked for a family office taking care of the private equity investments.
Francesco Figliomeni is also responsible in DECALIA for the selection of external funds.
Erwan Hartmann worked for seven years at bank Pictet. As a Private Banker, he was responsible for offering tailor made wealth solutions to a large book of UHNW and HNWI clients. Prior to joining the wealth management division, he worked for two years as a Private Equity Product Manager.
He holds the Federal Diploma of Expert in Finance and Investments and he is a Certified International Wealth Manager (CIWM).
Erwan Hartmann completed a Bachelor in Business Administration as well a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and Finance from Glion Institute of Higher Education.
Philippe Mathenet gained a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, and a federal diploma in financial analysis and asset management. He has more than 25 years’ experience in finance, notably with Lombard Odier in equities brokerage in New York and in Swiss equity funds management in Geneva. Subsequently, he worked for 7 years at Banque SYZ as a private banker and right-hand man to Alfredo Piacentini.
Eugenia Garcia has a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Graduate Institute Geneva (IHED).
She has more than 16-year experience in Wealth Management. She started her career at Avendis Capital. Subsequently, she worked for Citigroup.
After 11 years at Syz Bank, mainly as Chief of Staff Officer, she joined DECALIA as Compliance Officer.
Holder of a degree from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Geneva, Maria Alarcon began her career in the financial sector in 1986 as a management assistant and executive assistant at Atlas Management. In 1999, she pursued her career at Geneva private bank Lombard Odier, where she became Assistant Vice President. In this firm, she assisted Ms Pedrazzini during 14 years, before joining her in 2013 at Dalia Capital, which became DECALIA Asset Management in 2014.
After a degree in commercial apprenticeship in 1991, Rosanna Troiano held several administrative and client advisory positions at Banque Populaire Suisse and Credit Suisse. In 1997, she joined Banca Commerciale Italiana in Geneva where she was administrative manager and management assistant, before going to SanPaolo Bank (Suisse) as management assistant and executive secretary. In 2003, she joined Banque SYZ as personal assistant for Alfredo Piacentini, co-founder of the Bank, then followed him at DECALIA in 2014 as executive secretary.
