DECALIA’s wealth management team comprises seasoned investment professionals, who master all aspects of private banking.
Alfredo Piacentini worked for 9 years at Lombard Odier in Geneva and London, as a financial analyst then as a fund manager, before co-founding Banque SYZ in 1995. As a partner and General Manager of the Group, he was in charge of private banking, centralized management and investment funds business. He was Chairman of Banca Albertini Syz in Milan until 2016 and remains a board member.
He holds a master’s degree in International Relations from the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva.
Bernard Allseits holds a Master in Economics from Geneva University (1996) and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Quantitative Portfolio Management (2015). He acquired his 19-year professional experience at DuPont de Nemours, HSBC, Unigestion and Answer. At Unigestion, he was a private portfolio manager during 6 years.
Christian Alcala has worked 17 years at Private Bank Pictet in Geneva. He strarted at the trading desk for 5 years, followed by 12 years in wealth management where he co-managed a large portfolio of private clients. He started his career in finance at UBS between 1995 and 2000. Christian Alcala holds the CIWM (CFPI)
Michel has worked 26 years at Private Bank Pictet. As executive vice president, he was in charge of a significant private client portfolio. He has developed extensive experience in Real Estate at Naef Immobilier where he was managing the finance and administration departments for 6 years. He started his career in 1982 at the Audit firm Arthur Andersen. Michel Cogne holds a Master’s degree in Economics from University of Geneva.
Isabella Pedrazzini started her career in finance in 1986 and has worked for 26 years at private bank Lombard Odier in Geneva. As an Executive Vice President, she assumed several positions in portfolio management and was in charge of a significant private clientele. In 2013, together with Gabriel Gumener, she founded Dalia Capital, which became DECALIA Asset Management in 2014.
Isabella Pedrazzini gained a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Graduate Institute of International Studies, Geneva and a postgraduate diploma in Public Administration from Institut de Hautes Etudes en Administration Publique, Lausanne.
Giorgio Marcolini holds a bachelor degree in business administration from HEC Lausanne and the federal financial analysis and asset management diploma. After 8 years in the private banking department at Credit Suisse, he worked for 9 years with Banque SYZ as a manager of private and institutional portfolios.
Philippe Mathenet gained a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, and a federal diploma in financial analysis and asset management. He has 20 years’ experience in finance, notably with Lombard Odier in equities brokerage in New York and in Swiss equity funds management in Geneva. Subsequently, he worked for 7 years at Banque SYZ as a private banker and right-hand man to Alfredo Piacentini.
Sandro Occhilupo holds a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Geneva and holds the CFA (2001) and CMT (2011) qualifications. He worked for UBS (Geneva and New York) for 5 years as a portfolio manager, and then spent 10 years with Banque SYZ as a manager of private and institutional portfolios. He is a co-advisor to the OYSTER Italian Opportunities fund, with Alfredo Piacentini.
Holder of a degree from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Geneva, Maria Alarcon began her career in the financial sector in 1986 as a management assistant and executive assistant at Atlas Management. In 1999, she pursued her career at Geneva private bank Lombard Odier, where she became Assistant Vice President. In this firm, she assisted Ms Pedrazzini during 14 years, before joining her in 2013 at Dalia Capital, which became DECALIA Asset Management in 2014.
After a degree in commercial apprenticeship in 1991, Rosanna Troiano held several administrative and client advisory positions at Banque Populaire Suisse and Credit Suisse. In 1997, she joined Banca Commerciale Italiana in Geneva where she was administrative manager and management assistant, before going to SanPaolo Bank (Suisse) as management assistant and executive secretary. In 2003, she joined Banque SYZ as personal assistant for Alfredo Piacentini, co-founder of the Bank, then followed him at DECALIA in 2014 as executive secretary.
